This site is operated by Nueva Vista Ventures, LLC (doing business as NuevaVista.AI). We keep this simple and mean it: we collect only what we need to work with you, we don’t sell your data, and we store it on a server we run.
What we collect
Information you give us directly: your name, email, company, and anything you write in a contact or booking form. When you pay for a session, your card details are handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number. We keep minimal technical logs needed to run and secure the site.
How we use it
To respond to you, schedule and deliver your session, send confirmations and calendar invites, and follow up about your engagement. If you ask for your scorecard snapshot, we use your answers, your email, and your first name if you give it, to send it. We keep them in our contact records, with a note of when I reach out, so I can follow up personally; it doesn’t put you on a mailing list. We keep them until you ask us to delete them. That’s it. We do not use your information for advertising.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We use a small number of trusted processors to operate: a payment processor, an email delivery service, and the providers of our server and business email. Your records live in our database on a server we run. We share information only when required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time. Email legal@nuevavista.ai and we’ll take care of it.
